I found this boat on one of my many tours of piers around Ireland, the C415 felt unique. A working fishing boat, alone, tied up on a dry dock. She’s strong and capable but removed from her natural world of water she stands proud but vulnerable.

I know she won’t sit here like this for long. She is beautiful and cared for. But for now it is a glimpse beyond the projected image, a nude portrait, of a calm and strong presence that graces our seas.
